Brad Gant

Brad brings over thirteen years of experience as a broker and consultant in the group benefits industry. Prior to joining P&B Live, Brad successfully built his own benefits brokerage firm before merging with a recognized regional consulting firm.  With the prior firm, Brad continued to expand his expertise into broader HR systems and applying a more holistic approach to consulting and cost containment.  Brad joined P&B Live because of the unique business model that promotes and rewards all employees for innovative consulting and technology concepts.  The model results in a client-centric delivery model that is unmatched in the industry for driving customized solutions around benefits design, benefits administration, and integrated HR technologies.

Brad is well-versed in all aspects of benefits consulting, including strategic benefit analysis & design (including consumer-driven concepts), reviewing and redesigning benefits administration processes, developing technology concepts to streamline administration of broad HR processes, ranging from recruiting, on-boarding, benefits, payroll, and post-employment HR administrative functions, building service-delivery and communications model for improving employee perception of benefits, and managing vendor relationships to bring more personalized customer service.

Brad currently serves as a board member of the Mid-Cities HR Association (A SHRM affiliate) and is a member of the Southwest Benefits Association.  He has presented at conferences on strategic HR topics, and regularly attends industry-related events, including Dallas Business Group on Health, Worldwide Employee Benefits, and Tulsa Area HR Association.
